Students Lobby for a Smoke- Free State
School of Public Health students recently joined 800 fellow Minnesotans to rally for statewide smoke-free legislation. The students, along with SPH faculty and alumni, gathered at the Minnesota Capitol to meet with legislators on the issue.

SPH Students Attend Pandemic Flu Summit
Eighteen SPH students took part in the recent Business Preparedness for Pandemic Influenza second national summit in Orlando, Fla. The invitation to join the gathering of leaders came from their professor Michael Osterholm.
