Nomination Process

The School of Public Health Recognition, Awards and Honors (RAH) Committee, Staff Association, and the P&A Senate has opened the nomination period for the annual SPH Achievement and Outstanding Service Awards.

SPH faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to nominate their colleagues, team/work groups, and professors to recognize their commitment and dedication to the school and for shaping the future of health.

Nomination Deadline

Nominations and supporting materials for the SPH Achievement and Outstanding Service Awards must be submitted online by March 5, 2018.

How do I submit my nomination?

To submit your nomination and supporting materials, fill out the Submit an Award Nomination form. Complete the information fields provided in the form and upload any required supporting documents.

Selection Process

School of Public Health faculty and staff comprised of members from the SPH Recognition, Awards, and Honors Committee, the Staff Association, and the P&A Senate review the materials submitted for each candidate and selects a recipient whose achievements fit the category for which they have been nominated and who are deemed most deserving of recognition.

The group’s discussions are kept confidential. All award nominees are notified of their nomination and award recipients are honored during annual School of Public Health events: Faculty & Staff Recognition Celebration and Research Day.
