3.3.a. The School's continuing education program, including policies, needs assessment, procedures, practices and evaluation that support continuing education and workforce development strategies.
3.3.b. Description of certificate programs or other non-degree offerings, including enrollment data for each of the last three years.
3.3.c. A list of the continuing education programs offered, number of students served, indicating those offered in a distance-learning format over last three years.
3.3.d. Educational institutions or public health practice organizations collaborating to offer continuing education.
3.3.e. This criterion is met.
