Transcript Requirements for Matriculating Students

The School of Public Health requires all matriculating students to provide official transcripts from each college/university from which they have received a degree in order to register for classes. Please have official transcripts sent directly from the institutions to:

In addition, if you are in the process of completing an undergraduate degree, we must receive an official transcript showing the degree conferred before you may register for classes in your program. Please have the official transcript sent directly from the college/university to the address noted above.
