The School of Public Health’s Student Senate is the student leadership organization of the School of Public Health. It is an excellent way to get involved in life at the SPH and enhance your relationships with faculty and the twin cities area communities.  You will networking with various departments, work with faculty, demonstrate leadership skills, and develop creative solutions to new challenges.

The Senate serves two main functions:

  • Represent the SPH students within the School of Public Health, the University, and the greater public health community.
  • Organize activities and events among the students in the school to enhance the educational experience of the students. We participate in volunteer activities around the Twin Cities, organize social events, and address student needs and concerns to the school and the divisions. Join us and find out how you can help bring public health students, faculty, and professionals together!
