Ms. Bretl is an Independent Adolescent Health Consultant, focusing primarily on teen pregnancy prevention, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and healthy youth development. Her work also involves training and education on effective advocacy strategies with local and state policy makers. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs where she studied social and youth policy. Ms. Bretl is an Adjunct Instructor in Maternal and Child Health at the University of Minnesota.
