Curriculum

The Public Health Certificate in Food Protection (PHCert-FP), a program in the Public Health Practice Major, will be awarded upon successful completion of a minimum of 14 credits. Most students complete the curriculum by attending at least two Public Health Institutes, held in May/June of each year (some courses may be available online or during the academic year).
