Sarah Sevcik

I was interested in coming to the University of Minnesota, Community Health Education program because of its strong academic curriculum and opportunities to get involved in research and field experiences in a very diverse community (Twin Cities).

I am interested in such a variety of career opportunities that I hope I'll be able to be involved in many areas of PH over the years. Initially I would like to be involved in programming, from the creation, development and implementation of health programs to its evaluation. I am especially interested in refugee health, global health, family planning, psychosocial issues of health, and housing and health. I would also like to get involved in policy work in the future.
