Why study at the University of Minnesota?

Welcome from Jim Pankow, Epi M.P.H. Major Chair

Welcome to the Epidemiology M.P.H. degree program housed in the Division of Epidemiology and Community Health.

We offer an exciting program that trains epidemiologists to analyze public health trends relating to both health and disease, design and implement studies, and interpret the results for policy and program development. We also train epidemiologists to investigate disease etiology and prevention, and intervention strategies, at the individual and societal levels.

Thank you for taking the time to consider our program. We look forward to receiving an application from you.
