About ISP's Program Development

In 1969, the ISP Graduate Level Program for Hospital and Healthcare Administrators (ISP/HA) became operational with the first class of practicing hospital administrators.

In 1973, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation awarded a grant to fund the development of a graduate-level study program in Patient Care Administration (ISP/PCA).

And finally, in 1982, recognizing Ambulatory Care as an increasingly important force in health care delivery in HMOs, managed care and the community, W.K. Kellogg funded development of Ambulatory Care Administration (ISP/ACA).
