During Minneapolis Public Health Week in April 2017, the Minneapolis Health Department recognized the School of Public Health’s Minnesota Technical Assistance Program (MnTAP) as a longtime partner.

MnTAP works directly with businesses to reduce the use of environmental resources and decrease waste, all while saving money in the process. Since 2010, MnTAP has partnered with the department to serve as a resource for Minneapolis businesses who need assistance assessing the impact and value of environmental improvement projects.

MnTAP also helps the city evaluate applications for its Green Business Cost Share Program.
