  • Michael Osterholm was interviewed by USA Today about a meat packaging process which uses carbon monoxide to keep meat looking red longer. Osterholm does not see the process as a public health issue.
  • Mark Pereira was quoted in Bicycling magazine regarding the importance of eating breakfast as part of a weight-loss regimen.

  • Andrew Flood was quoted in Top News in India regarding his research which found that elevated levels of glucose and insulin raise the risk of developing recurrent colorectal cancer.
