UCard
If you are a distance student, send passport photo or just a headshot against a plain background to your coordinator. Include name, student id number and mailing address. The coordinator will forward the information to the UCard Office and, once it is ready, will mail it to you. 


Get Involved 

Council of Graduate Students (COGS)
An open and democratic organization comprised of graduate students from across the University. COGS provides opportunities for graduate students to participate actively in University administrative and policy-making decisions, as well as social and cultural programming and job training. 

Graduate and Professional Student Assembly (GAPSA)
To ensure that the University, in all of its offices, programs, schools and departments, works in the interests of excellence in the graduate and professional experience. 

SPH Student Senate
Official organization of the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, representing the SPH graduate students on several university committees. 

Center for Health Interprofessional Programs (CHIP)
Offers health professions students an exciting opportunity to meet and collaborate with students from other colleges throughout the University. Promotes interprofessional educational opportunities that advance teamwork and result in improved health care.
