Graduate Assistant Positions

Research and teaching assistantship positions become available throughout the year in the School of Public Health, and other departments throughout the University of Minnesota.  Many research assistant positions require knowledge of statistical computing, such as SAS or SPSS programs, and we highly recommend students learn one or both of these programs. Once you are admitted to a degree program at the University of Minnesota you are eligible to apply for any graduate assistant position in any department at the University of Minnesota.
