Neighborhoods around the university of Minnesota offer a variety of options and amenities. Some neighborhoods consist of traditional single family homes and smaller apartments, while others boast new apartment buildings containing a range of resources and commercial services. Apartments near campus are generally higher cost and newer, while those farther out are typically older and less expensive. Whatever your preference, you can find an amazing place to live near campus.
