Tessa Wetjen, MPA, Neighborhood Health Source & Roxana Linares, MA, Centro Tyrone Guzman
In the first of a series of seminars on community-engaged scholarship, we will explore how community collaboration allows us to achieve our shared mission of producing an informed public health workforce and transformative research. Tessa Wetjen and Roxana Linares, both community leaders, will describe the work of their organizations, what is needed in the next generation of public health professionals, and current community needs for research. The next steps toward achieving these goals will be discussed with attendees.
Free and open to the public.
