Making Drugs More Affordable in Minnesota: A Panel with Minnesota Lawmakers and Prescription Drug Affordability Board

Wednesday, December 3 @ 11:45 am - 1:30 pm CST

Location: Health Sciences Education Center Room 3-110
Join us for a discussion of state-level healthcare policy as we explore one of Minnesota’s most pressing challenges: prescription drug affordability. This panel will feature a bipartisan conversation with Rep. Danny Nadeau (R), who has focused on Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) reform, and Sen. Liz Boldon (D), a key author of patient medical debt relief measures. They will be joined by Tony Lourey, former State Senator and the inaugural Chair of Minnesota’s new Prescription Drug Affordability Board, to discuss how Minnesota policymakers can achieve a common goal of reducing costs for Minnesotans.
Light refreshments will be served
