Libby Watts is a health economist and PhD student at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She previously worked as a Research Associate at the International Vaccine Access Center (IVAC) at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she researched the economic impact of vaccines in low- and middle-income countries. Her research interests include financial risk protection, surprise billing, patient behavior under uncertainty, and health solutions for aging populations.
