Beebe Brings Learning Health System Leadership to CTSA Award

The University of Minnesota Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) has selected Timothy Beebe, PhD, to co-lead the Community and Collaboration component of its CTSA Award with Mickey Eder, PhD.  Beebe directs the Minnesota Learning Health System Mentored Career Development Program (MN-LHS), funded by AHRQ/PCORI.  Learning health systems research is a priority of the national CTSA Program and Beebe will provide leadership in this area for CTSI.

Beebe has built collaborations with CTSI’s hub partners, including Hennepin Healthcare and the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, and with CTSI-Ed, to include serving on both the CTSI-Ed Internal Advisory Board and the CTSI-Ed Executive Leadership Group, and establishing program collaboration between the MN-LHS Program and CTSI-Ed’s K Scholar Seminar.
