Cody Carroll, Executive Public Health Administration & Policy MPH student, published an op-ed in The Plain Dealer about stewardship programs designed to prevent resistance to antibiotics.

Carroll argues that Ohio should adopt a policy requiring healthcare providers to judiciously prescribe antibiotics. Today in the U.S., more than 2 million people acquire antibiotic resistant infections leading to an estimated 23,000 deaths.
