Corporatization of Health Care: Insights from Private Equity
Health care providers and delivery organizations are increasingly owned by corporations, including private equity firms. This has included hundreds of hospitals and thousands of physicians in the U.S. We will explore some of the health and economic consequences of this growing trend, along with potential policy responses.
