This webinar is part of an annual series from the Consortium for Workforce Research in Public Health (CWORPH).

Recent Trends in US Government Healthcare & Behavioral Health Workforce Departures (Janette Dill & Nichole Fusilier, University of Minnesota). This study used the longitudinal panel within the Current Population Study (IPUMS CPS) to examine employment transitions among government-employed healthcare and behavioral health workers.

Come Work for Us: How to Improve the Health Department Job Application Experience (Beth Resnick & Paulani Mui, Johns Hopkins University). This study explored challenges, strategies, and best practices regarding how to improve the application, hiring, and onboarding experience in state and local health departments.
