Unfortunately, only 43.7% of US adults with hypertension have adequate blood pressure control. Patients from minority groups, including Hmong and Latino communities, have disproportionate levels of uncontrolled hypertension. Self-measured blood pressure monitoring at home can improve hypertension control. This is particularly relevant in times of restricted clinic visits during the COVID-19 pandemic.…
