Meet faculty member, ikebana artist, and occupational hygienist Trân Huỳnh
“I am a first-generation immigrant, and I grew up with a lot of family members who worked in nail salons. They often complained about headaches or pain during the job…which was, and is, preventable. That made me want to focus my research on occupational safety and health within immigrant communities.”
Community Engagement in Healthy Aging
“One of the important things the Center for Health Aging and Innovation has done is build a budget to support community engagement.
