The Integrating Data as an Approach to Overcome Syndemics Event marks the first step towards Hennepin County creating an integrated data strategy that draws together health and human services data to better define public health challenges and provide actionable direction to reduce disparate health outcomes for county residents. The event is co-convened by Hennepin County, Hennepin Healthcare, the UMN School of Public Health, and the Hennepin-University Partnership.

This event hopes to:

• Increase awareness of county data infrastructure across Hennepin County, Hennepin Healthcare, the University of Minnesota, and their partners.
• Advance thinking for effective and impactful integration of various Social Determinants of Health data.
• Produce insights into novel ways of using and integrating health data for decision making.
