Housing is a powerful determinant of health, and safe, stable, affordable housing facilitates nearly every positive health behavior and access to nearly every health resource. Its loss can have severe consequences for individual and community well-being. In this talk, Dr. Schwartz will discuss research on the bidirectional relationship between eviction and poor health and the impact of social policies seeking to disrupt that cycle.
