Policy change is critical to achieving many public health goals. Understanding the legislative process is important if we are going to take ideas guided by research and move them to effective public health policies. During this seminar Traci Toomey will provide a brief overview of the Minnesota state legislative process and discuss some of the strategies and barriers to getting policies passed.
