Requirements
The Distance Public Health Administration & Policy (D-PHAP) program does not require the GRE. Our preferred GPA threshold ≥ 3.0. Preference is given to applicants who have shown interest in and commitment to public and population health in their school, work, and/or volunteer activities.
Applications are submitted through SOPHAS, the common app service for Schools of Public Health. Applicants must submit:
- A personal statement
- A resume
- Transcripts of all college and graduate programs attended
- Three letters of recommendation (these can come from people who know the applicant through school, work, or volunteer activities
International Applicants
Applicants must provide proof of English Proficiency by providing Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores
- Scores should be sent to SOPHAS – DI Code: 5688
- Preferred minimum score: 100
- Scores must be less than 2 years old
