Michael Osterholm

Day 26: Regents Professor Michael T. Osterholm

We are grateful for the wisdom and guidance of Michael T. Osterholm. When the world needed Osterholm and his team at the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy (CIDRAP) the most, they were there offering wisdom and guidance. Furthermore, Osterholm has continued to teach SPH students throughout the pandemic, ensuring in so many ways that we will have the infectious disease specialists trained to tackle whatever comes next. One supporter wrote, “I’m currently based in Finland but appreciate the work done by CIDRAP to keep the global community informed amid the current crisis.”

With the world battling to contain a much more contagious version of COVID-19, CIDRAP’s enduring mission has never been more relevant and sustained funding is critical to ensure their vital work continues into the future for generations to come. Support the work of Osterholm and CIDRAP by making a gift today.

You’re also invited to join us for a special conversation between Osterholm and Andy Slavitt on November 18 called Inside the Pandemic. Learn more and RSVP.
