Lina Tucker Reinders (MPH ’01) has been named executive director of the Iowa Public Health Association (IPHA). Reinders has been a very active and engaged member and leader within IPHA since she joined and moved to Iowa in 2013. She has given her time to the advocacy committee, worked on the PHACT campaigns, and raised awareness of health in all policies. Reinder’s public health background is extensive, working in local, state and global public health and she brings additional non-profit experience with her work at Healthy Birth Day.
