Implications of COVID
Finally, to address issues related to COVID-19, our partners at Boynton Health conducted a survey of students on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and Duluth campuses regarding their well-being during the early stages of the pandemic (April 2020). Our team used these data to develop a research brief on student food insecurity immediately following the pandemic onset, which has been circulated to key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout Minnesota.
