Rebecca Thompson, E-PHAP student, will hold a forum to introduce a community health fund to Wisconsin health care, business and philanthropic leaders May 1. Thompson is director of the Wisconsin Community Health Fund, a Madison-based program that aims to bring money and muscle to efforts to make Wisconsin residents healthier.
